As always, please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or would like to know more about the events I run.ĥ day Nature Breath - Min-Immersion Cairngorm National Park in Scotland ( 2 - 6 Dec, 2021)
One more thing, if anyone's interested in the science behind the breathing practice wim hof does just look him up on YouTube, he's really good at explaining and going into detail the way it effects your body and the pros behind it.See below a series of reviews, testimonials and other feedback from those who have experienced my events, workshops and retreats. And theres one where you breath in normally but when you breath out you stick your tongue out and kind of pronounce "ha", its hard to explain that one but look up lions breath for an example.Īlso if you do this breathing practice right when you wake up I always notice my times are 30 seconds longer than if I practice it later in the day. Theres also variations you can do, for example breathing in an out through your nose with your head turned is a great one.
If others are looking into trying it i would suggest it but to be careful and go by how your body feels, if you can't go the full 30 breaths like wim does in the video then just pause the video and time it from there. I originally used it to control anxiety but it turned into an everyday practice for me. You have to be careful though because you can pass out from it. I found out about it from a podcast wim hof did with russel brand, one of the best things I've ever come across. I never laughed so much, felt so good and so energised then after doing this stuff.Īnybody tried this before? I'm curious, what do you think of it?for those who are going to try this, teel me how it went! Hopefully you enjoy it as much as I did!Įdit : i linked the video for you guys : The tingling and surge of energy and the awarness required to just keep pushing, is simply devine.
It is, absolute bliss to surrender and trust your body.
The guided breathing technique video can be easily found on youtube (11 min or so) this one will probably where it feels like you wont make it but you got to let the body do it's thing!
The one I tried, can be found on youtube, guided wim hof breathing, I tried Wim Hof breathing technique and god oh god, i never had such a feeling of euphoria, peace, energy rush and laugher after a spiritual practice.
